Access roads top discussions as AbdulRazaq meets Minister of Works and Housing

The Executive Governor of Kwara state, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq visited the Minister of Works and Housing, Mr. Babatunde Fashola, SAN in his office in Abuja to discuss issues concerning the construction of access roads within the state.

The status of roads that connects different parts of the state and other parts of the country were discussed with the Minister, such roads include Kosubousu/Kaiama to Bode-Sadu, Kishi-Kaima, Patigi bridge-River Niger, Patigi-Kpada road.

Also, in their discussion, the Governor emphasized on how the Federal Ministry of Works and Housing under the watch of Mr. Babatunde Fashola can partner with Kwara State to improve the Housing sector in the state as his administration remains steadfast in putting an end to the housing problem in Kwara.

Other roads AbdulRazaq is trying to facilitate the quick intervention of the ministry for include; Share-Patigi road, Ilorin-Kabba, Ilori-Igbeti road, Ilorin-Jebba dualization project.

Mr. Babatunde Fashola, Hon. Minister for Works and Housing appreciate the visitation and recommendations of the Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq and assured him of quick intervention of the ministry as the Federal Government is also relentless on the construction of good and international standard roads across the country.
