Tolanibaj, Frodd evicted from BBNaija All-Stars

Frodd and Tolanibaj, the Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) All-Stars housemates, have been evicted from the reality TV show.

The two housemates were sent packing during Sunday night’s eviction show after getting the lowest votes.

As reported by TheCable Lifestyle last week, the organisers of the show jettisoned the jury system of eviction — which had attracted backlash in the past weeks.

Tolanibaj and Frodd become the fourth and fifth housemates to be evicted from the reality show.

Kiddwaya was evicted last Sunday, making him the third housemate asked to leave the BBNaija All-Stars show.

“Honestly, that house is crazy; I came back to make some new friends; I am grateful to be here and wish them all luck,” Kiddwaya said.

“I am going back to my girl; I don’t know how she feels watching from home, and I’ll go back to my company, Kidd and Co., to continue with Public Relations, movie productions, and others. Many projects are coming up; my fans will see a lot from me soon.”

Shortly after Kiddwaya’s eviction, Big Brother introduced Prince Nelson, Kim Oprah, Lucy and Omashola into the house.

The first two housemates to be evicted were Princess and Uriel.

The 2023 BBNaija season commenced on July 23 with 20 former housemates.

The show is expected to end on October 1.

Mohbad: ‘There Has Been Several Calls To Release Sam Larry’ – Police

Published

on

There are indications that police in Lagos State are under pressure to release music promoter, Balogun Olamilekan Eletu, also known as Sam Larry.

Naija News recalls that Sam Larry was arrested and held for interrogation over the controversial death of 27-year-old singer, Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad.

Sources at the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department (SCIID), Yaba, Lagos, who spoke with The Guardian revealed that since Sam Larry’s arrest last week, there had been a series of calls to the Officer in Charge (O/C) SCIID, Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Waheed Ayilara, to release the suspect.

The sources revealed that the individual calling made a promise to produce him whenever he is needed.

The source said, “There have been several calls to my boss to release Eletu, while the investigation continues. A renowned traditional ruler on the Island (names withheld) is always calling, pleading with my boss to release him after interrogation.

“When he became persistent, my boss directed him to the Commissioner of Police (CP), on the ground that he is the only one that can give the order for Eletu’s release or otherwise.”

The police further stated that investigations are still ongoing concerning the singer’s death and are still exploring other leads.

A source also alleged that Sam Larry confessed to the police that his disagreement with Mohbad stemmed from his indebtedness to the tune of N2 million, which the singer refused to pay.

According to the source, Sam Larry admitted going to where the late singer was having his show, prior to his death, allegedly to demand the money he owed him.
