Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has emerged as Chairman of Southwest Governors Forum.

Sanwo-Olu’s emergence was announced after a meeting attended by all six governors in the zone in Lagos.

Sanwo-Olu succeeded the immediate past Governor of Ondo State, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, who died in December 2023.
