Kwara NURTW Chairman Rejoice With Gov AbdulRazaq on 62 Birthday, Calls Him A Transformational Leader

The Chairman, Kwara State Council of National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW), Alhaji Abdulrazaq Ariwoola, has described Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq of the state as a transformational leader, who is keen about advancing the course of the state.

 

Ariwoola observed that the people of the state would not forget in a hurry the Governor’s quest to change the narrative and position Kwara enviably among its contemporaries through developmental policies and programmes.

 

This was contained in a congratulatory message issued in Ilorin by the state NURTW Chairman in commemoration of the 62 birthday of Governor AbdulRazaq.

 

Ariwoola noted that in almost three years of the present administration, there has been significant accomplishment in education, health, road, water and poverty alleviation programme aimed at cushioning its adverse effect on the populace.

 

The NURTW boss said the union was delighted to identify with the Governor for restoring the dignity of labour with the implementation of the national minimum wage for workers across the state service.

 

He thanked the state government for its partnership with the NURTW, especially in terms of road construction and rehabilitation, thus making state motorable again.

 

The NURTW Chairman urged the Governor to consolidate on his achievements and ongoing reform to further project the state in good light.

 

Ariwoola pledged the support of the union to Governor AbdulRazaq in leaving behind enviable legacy.
