Osinbajo Presides Over FEC Meeting In Abuja

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo presided over the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting on Wednesday at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.

The FidelinfoNews reports that President Muhammadu Buhari is in Spain on a state visit.

Mr. Boss Mustapha, Secretary to the Government of the Federation, and Prof. Ibrahim Gambari, Chief of Staff to the President, are in attendance at the council meeting.

Education Minister Adamu Adamu, Federal Capital Territory Minister Mohammed Bello, Finance, Budget and National Planning Minister Zainab Ahmed, Labour Minister Chris Ngige, Police Affairs Minister Muhammadu Dingyadi, and Women Affairs Minister Pauline Tallen are among those present.

Timipre Sylva, Minister of State for Petroleum, and his counterparts in Health, Olorunnimbe Mamora, and Labour, Festus Keyamo, are also present.

The FEC approved N169.7 billion for the reconstruction of four roads under the tax credit scheme at its most recent meeting on May 18.
