BREAKING: LASU Law Graduating Student Clinches Best Result In Varsity’s 40-Year History

Aminat Imoitesemeh Yusuf, a graduating student from the Faculty of Law at the Lagos State University (LASU), has boosted the eagle-like soars of the institution.

Yusuf clinched the Utopian Perfect Score of 5:00 Cumulative Grade Point Aggregate which is the best result in the 40-year history of the university currently rated as the Best State University in Nigeria.

Another super brain, Divine Feyisayo Lopez graduating from the Department of Physiology, College of Medicine (LASUCOM) has also emerged as the best graduating student in the 2020/2021 academic session.

Making the disclosure was Prof Ibiyemi Ibilola Olatunji-Bello, the Vice-Chancellor of the university while addressing a press conference heralding the 26th combined convocations for the 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 academic sessions on Wednesday morning.

It is noteworthy that the two-fold event is also in commemoration of the 40th anniversary of LASU’s existence, having been established in 1983
