Over 300 Students Withdrawn from Kogi State Polytechnic Lokoja

Over 300 students have been withdrawn from Kogi State Polytechnic Lokoja due to poor academic performance.

The decision was made based on the report of the Academic Board Central Result Verification Committee.

The affected students come from 17 departments and 28 programs offered by the institution.

The highest number of withdrawals came from the National Diploma (ND) I Office Technology and Management, followed by ND1 Public Administration and ND1 Information and Library Science.

The Rector of the Polytechnic, Dr Salisu Ogbo Usman, stated that the decision was made to maintain high academic standards
