JUST IN: Chaos As INEC Omits Labour Party Logo On Ballots

The Labour Party’s chapter in Ondo State has expressed concern over the absence of its emblem on the ballots forwarded to the state.

Pastor Mrs. Dayo Ekong, the chairman of the Labour Party’s Lagos State chapter, criticized the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for failing to include the party’s National Assembly candidates on the ballots and demanded that it either fix the “anomaly” or reschedule the elections.

This issue was brought up by Ekong on Thursday in a press release that was made available to this news outlet.

She said that the deliberate “error” was found during the usual screening of election materials by her and her team of executive members, describing it as a “unacceptable and cruel means of disenfranchising Lagos electorates.”
