Cabinet reshuffle: Fubara redeploys two commissioners loyal to Wike

Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, has done a minor cabinet reshuffling.

This was contain in a statement released by the Secretary to the Rivers State Government, Tammy Danagogo, the former Commissioner of Justice, Professor Zacheaus Adangor has been redeployed to the Ministry of Special Duties (Governor’s Office).

The former Commissioner of Finance, Isaac Kamalu, has also been redeployed to the Ministry of Employment Generation and Economic Empowerment.

According to the statement, Adangor and Kamalu are to hand over to their Permanent Secretaries immediately.

The statement by the SSG also said, “All hand-over processes must be completed immediately.”

The state government did not provide a specific reason the Commissioners were redeployed.

Adangor and Kamalu are part of the Commissioners in Fubara’s cabinet loyal to former Governor Nyesom Wike, now Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT
